Dropbox Overview
At Even Flow Media we use Dropbox to store all our files. Dropbox is our team environment where everyone has access to the same files. Please do not delete any files as it will delete the file for everyone.
The team Dropbox is structured according to clients. Within the client’s folder you will find all the sub-folders for specific tasks or projects.
Some folders i.e. Life will be split into years, and from there into the different departments within the company.
If you are having problems accessing the files, make sure that the folder is set to “Make available offline” so you have access to all the collateral for the project.
It is also for this reason why we keep all the elements used within the project in the same folder.
